Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return request window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. All return requests must be submitted, reviewed, and approved before any item is sent back.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of use, damage, tampering, missing items, or inconsistency with the original shipment.

Approval & Return Instructions

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Official return instructions

  • The authorized return address

⚠️ Items sent back without written approval or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by RaisingSmartKidsCo.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued only for the original item price paid

  • Original shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, or other charges are not refundable


Inspection Upon Return

All returned items are subject to final inspection upon arrival at our fulfillment center.

A refund will be processed only if:

  • The correct item is received

  • The item passes inspection

  • The return fully complies with this policy

We reserve the right to deny or partially refund returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence so our team can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:
